1 Tbsp oil
1 lb carrots, grated
1 lb x-Firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp ?? sesame oil
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook carrots, stirring for 15 minutes. Add tofu to carrots and cook until soft. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook 1 minute. Stir in sesame oil. Serve hot.
Recommend serving over rice.
