Crackers & Barley Crackers

Crackers
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
7 cups oat flour
1/2 cup raisins, finely chopped
1/2 cup apricots, finely chopped

Mix and add flour if needed. Roll out on top of a silpat (silicone non-stick sheet) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚F for 20 mins or until lightly brown around the edges.

Barley Crackers
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup tahini (may substitute nut meal)
2 Tbsp flaxmeal or chia seeds
7-8 cups barley or any wholegrain flour

Mix and add flour if needed. Roll out on top of a silpat (silicone non-stick sheet) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚F for 20 mins or until lightly brown around the edges.
